Abstract:
      This paper studied the changes of propertites of Nitrile rubber when compressed and tensiled.It showed that with the increasing of the compression fatigue time, the hardness value, thermogenesis as well as permanent deformation increased but slowly; The aging behavior under tensile stress was tested by tensile fatigue experiment. Both the tensile strength and elongation at break of NBR vulcanizates presents a first increases and then decreased trend as the fatigue number. The total crosslinking density decreased gradually while the stress relaxation coefficient of σ10/σ0 and σ10/σ2 increased at first and then tended to a constant as the fatigue number increased.
