| The pyrolysis reactor was thermodynamically simulated and analyzed by using Fluent software,and the optimum dimension of furnace chamber was determined at 0.3 m by taking consideration of velocity vector field,temperature field and thermal efficiency.The practical operation showed that,the oil yield rate was over 45%,the utilization ratio of fuel was high,the quality of the product met the requirements of the oil quality standard,and the emission met the requirements of national emission standard of air pollutants. |
