Abstract: |
The formulation of adhesive compound for the rubber layer in the roller of mining belt conveyor roller was optimized.The experimental results showed that the adhesion strength between metal and rubber could be increased by using resorcinol-formaldehyde-silica system.The optimized formulation was as follows: SBR 70,NR 30,carbon black N220 55,silica 8,zinc oxide 5,stearic acid 3,antioxidant 4010NA 2.5,antioxidant RD 2,plasticizer 8,adhesive agent AS-88 5,coupling agent Si69 2,scorch retarder CTP 0.5,antimony trioxide 7,chlorinated paraffin 25,sulfur 2,accelerator CZ 1.After optimization,the adhesive compound possessed improved physical pro-perties and higher peeling strength. |
