| Abstract: |
| The micro-structure and basic properties of domestic Nd-BRs with different Mooney viscosities were studied and compared with Ni-BR.The results showed that， compared to Ni-BR，Nd-BR possessed higher relative molecular weight，smaller molecular weight distribution index and larger content of linear molecular structure.In addition，Nd-BR showed better resistance to mechanical degradation and better cold flow resistance.The cure rate of Nd-BR compound was faster than Ni-BR and showed distinct non-newtonian characteristics.The tensile properties，tear strength and resilience of Nd-BR vulcanizates were higher than Ni-BR，the abrasion resistance was better，and the heat build-up and rolling resistance were lower. Moreover，the comprehensive physical properties of the composite modified by stearic acid were better，and the thermal stability of the composite modified by stearic acid or sodium stearate was improved. |
