Abstract:
      The levels of sufur ,accelerator NS,DTDM on the DIN abrasion volume and physical and mechanical properties were investigated.The results showed that the little DIN abrasion volume and good physical and mechanical properties were obtained when theaccelerator NS 1.4~1.6 phr,sufur 1.8~2.0 phr, DTDM 0.6~0.8 phr in the semi-efficient vulcanization system.The influence on properties of NR vulcanizate was confirmed by theorthogonal experimental design when The levels of sufur ,accelerator NS,DTDM were changed and the interaction between each other.The optimal formual was determined through intuitive analysis and variance analysis,accelerator NS 1.4phr,sufur 1.8 phr, DTDM 0.8 phr.
