Abstract: |
The thermal-physical Properties of isoprene rubber are measured by using Flash heat conductivity analyzer and differential scanning calorimeter in the curing process, the rule of isoprene rubber"s thermal conductivity and specific heat changing with temperature is achieved. The three-dimensional model of isoprene rubber is created and the curing process with microwave heating is simulated by using finite element analysis software, the joule heat density distribution and temperature distribution of rubber are achieved in four cases. The effect of rubber thermal-physical properties on rubber thermal field with microwave heating is expounded. |
