Abstract:
      In order to enrich the theory of diaphragm design for diaphragm pump, optimize the diaphragm structure and stress state to improve its fatigue life, the fluid dynamics numerical simulation method was used to complete the optimization design of the diaphragm. In this paper, the dish-shaped diaphragm structure shape control model was established and from the perspective of systematic, fully considering the system influence on the deformation of diaphragm movement, the stress state of diaphragm under different control parameters was work out by fluid-structure interaction numerical simulation for diaphragm pump hydraulic end. On this basis, the new diaphragm design theory was established. The established control model is the first one for the dished parameterized control of diaphragm design, the fluid- structure interaction numerical simulation for diaphragm pump hydraulic end, fully embodies the advantages of modern design theory -systematization. The methods drive the application of modern design theory in the field of diaphragm pump design, at the same time the conclusion for the design of the diaphragm also has the very practical value.
