Abstract:
      This study of microstructure of domestic bromobutyl rubber 2032(BIIR2032)was carried out by different analytical means , and comparison with BIIR2030、BIIR2222,such as 1H NMR spectroscopy, gel permeation chromatography, fourier transform infrared spectra, differential scanning calorimetry, thermal gravimetric analyzer and so on. The results showed: the order of bromine content from low to high was BIIR2030, BIIR2222, BIIR2032.The curing characteristics of BIIR2032 was better than others. The high molecular weight of BIIR2032 was significantly lower than BIIR2222 and BIIR2030. The IR spectra of this three bromobutyl had the same peak-position. The order of Tg from low to high was BIIR2032, BIIR2030, BIIR2222.The resistance to cold of BIIR2032 was best.Its thermal stability,ash content and volatile matter content was lower than others.The mooney viscosity of BIIR2032 was lowest.
