| The formulation of H－type cover compound for universal steel cord conveyor belt was optimized，and its physical properties were investigated.The optimum formula of the cover compound was as follows：BR/NR 30/70，carbon black N220 50，zinc oxide 5，stearic acid 1，antioxidant RD 2，antioxidant 4010NA 1，aromatic oil 8，sulfur 2.3，accelerator CZ 1.3.The test results showed that the physical properties of the cover compound met the requirements in national and German standards. |
