| Abstract: |
| The hollow glass bead（HGB）/polyurethane-urea（PUU） composite was prepared by ultrasonic wave assistant mixing way，and the properties of the composites were studied.The results showed that，when the addition level of HGB was 15 phr，the physical properties of HGB/PUU composite were better.The second stage thermal decomposition temperature of the composite was increased after adding HGB. The experimental results also indicated that both the crack growth prevention of the HGB and “sea-island structure” of PU were the main toughening mechanism of HGB toughened PUU. |
