The c1ay/butadiene-styrene-viny1 pyridine rubber nanocomposites were prepared by 1atex compounding method,and their structure and properties were investigated.The resu1ts showed that,the dispersion of c1ay in the nanocomposites was good,and the addition 1eve1 of c1ay affected the structure of the nanocomposites.As the addition 1eve1 of c1ay increased,the storage modu1us of the mixed compound and vu1canizate increased gradua11y,the 1oss factor of vu1canizate increased as the strain increased,the Shore A hardness and modu1us at l00% e1ongation increased gradua11y,and the air tightness was improved.The nanocomposites showed the best tensi1e properties when the addition 1eve1 of c1ay was 20 phr. |
