Abstract: |
Four types of carbon black were treated under different temperatures, the effect of heat treatment of carbon black on the bound rubber content of carbon black/NR compound and content of surface functional groups was investigated. The results showed that, the debonding and bonding of surface functional groups of carbon black N330 and N550 took place at 400 ℃ and 600 ℃,respectively. The debonding and bonding of surface functional groups of DZ13 occurred at 200 ℃ and 400 ℃, respectively. On the other hand, the surface functional groups of carbon black DZ20 bonded at 200 ℃ and then the bonding was broken at 600 ℃.The reinforcing property of carbon black DZ20 was particularly influenced by lactone groups, and the reinforcing property of carbon black N330,N550 and DZ13 was mainly influenced by phenolic hydroxyl groups. |
