Abstract:
      The cassava starch was modified by coupling agent,and the influence of type and addition level of coupling agent on the properties of cassava starch/NR latex vulcanized film were investigated.The results showed that,the physical properties of vulcanized film were the best when the coupling agent Si69 was used,and the optimum addition level of coupling agent Si69 was 0.6 phr.It was indicated by DMA that the tanδ and glass transition temperature of the modified cassava starch filled vulcanized film were decreased,and the low temperature performance was improved.It was proved by SEM that,the dispersion of starch in NR latex and the bonding behavior between starch and rubber were improved when the coupling agent was used.
