Abstract:
      Finite element analysis of the rubber pad for motor suspension was carried out and the stress distribution was obtained.The physical properties of compound,the static stiffness at normal temperature and compressive strength of the rubber pad,and the relationship between applied load and deformation were tested.The results showed that,the physical properties of compound,the static stiffness at normal temperature and compressive strength of the rubber pad met the standard requirements.The load-displacement curve from finite element simulation was basically consistent with test results.The design was optimized by using simulation results and this method could give a reference for the design and production of similar products.
