Abstract: |
The starch was modified by silane coupling agent KH-550,and the modified starch/carbon black/SBR composites were prepared. The fatigue resistance of composite was investigated. The results showed that, compared to the compound with unmodified starch, the scorch time and optimum cure time of the compound with modified starch were reduced, the torque changed little, and the comprehensive physical properties of vulcanizate were better. When the addition level of KH-550 was 1 phr,the fatigue resistance of composite was the best. The fatigue resistance of composite was related to the modulus at 300% elongation, cut resistance and stress-relaxation property. |
