Abstract: |
Using carbon black as conductive functional filler, the carbon black/MVQ force-sensitive composite was prepared, and the effects of addition level of carbon black on curing behavior, tensile property, compression stress relaxation, electrical conductivity and pressure resistance were investigated. The results showed that, when the addition level of carbon black was 11~16 phr,the electrical conductivity of composite reached percolation threshold. As the addition level of carbon black increased, the tensile strength of composite increased at first, then decreased, and finally kept stable, the compression relaxation rate tended to decrease. The repeatability of pressure resistance was better when the addition level of carbon black was 11 phr. Therefore, the proper addition level of carbon black was 10~12 phr. |
