Abstract: |
The surface of sericite was modified by stearic acid, and the effect of addition level of modified sericite on the properties of sericite/BR composite was investigated. The results showed that,as the addition level of modified sericite increased, the curing rate of composite increased, the torque and Mooney viscosity increased,so the processibility decreased. The Shore A hardness, heat conduction coefficient and dielectric constant increased, the tensile strength, elongation at break, tensile set at break, tear strength, surface resistivity and volume resistivity increased at first and then decreased, but the breakdown voltage changed little. |
