| Thermoplastic vulcanizate(TPV) using BR and ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA) was prepared by dynamic vulcanization, and its properties were investigated.The results showed that when the blending ratio of BR/EVA was higher than 50/50,the TPV showed typical stress-strain behavior of an elastomer.When the blending ratio of BR/EVA was from 50/50 to 65/35,the Shore A hardness of TPV was low,and the comprehensive physical properties were good.When the blending ratio of BR/EVA was at 60/40，the particle-like BR in micrometer-size was uniformly dispersed in EVA matrix,and the interfacial adhesion between BR and EVA was good. |
