Abstract: |
According to the testing requirements for dynamic characteristics of vehicle rubber parts,a set of dynamic stiffness testing system for vehicle rubber parts with mechanical incentive using eccentric wheel and weight loading method was designed.PCI6220 data acquisition card was used for the dynamic signal acquisition and LabVIEW software was used for analyzing and processing the collected data to obtain the rubber part parameters,such as dynamic stiffness and damping coefficient.The experiment results showed that the system was accurate and reliable.In addition,the new system was low cost and easy to use. |
