Abstract:
      The relationship between microstructure and physical properties or dynamic viscoelastic property of oil extended SSBR were investigated.The results showed that,when the mass fractions of styrene unit and vinyl unit and the mole fraction of trans-1,4-structure in butadiene unit were higher,the tensile strength of the compounds was higher,and the resilience was lower.For the dynamic viscoelastic property,the tanδ peak of SSBR with high mass fraction of vinyl was higher and narrower,and was at higher temperature;the tanδ at 0 ℃ which characterized wet skid resistance was significantly higher than that of SSBR with low mass fraction of vinyl,but the tanδ at 60 ℃ which characterized rolling resistance was significantly lower than that of SSBR with low mass fraction of vinyl.The mass fraction of vinyl had little influence on the Payne effect of SSBR,but the mass fraction of styrene unit and extended oil level had certain influence.It was found that the Payne effect of silane coupled SSBR72606 with high mass fraction of vinyl was weaker,and the Payne effect of SSBRT1534 with low mass fraction of vinyl and lowest mass fraction of styrene unit was even weaker.
