| The design of outer layer formula of rubber diaphragm for air spring was optimized.The optimized formula was as follows:CR 70,NR 30,carbon black N550 50，MgO/ZnO 9.3,stearic acid 0.8,homogenizing resin 5,antioxidant OD/A/DAPD 9，plasticizer DOS 10，sufur/HVA-2/thiurams accelerator/sulfenamide accelerator 2.7，others 5.7.The optimized compound had excellent oxidation resistance.The comprehensive properties met the requirements of outer layer of rubber diaphragm for air spring,and the service life of product could be prolonged. |
