| The von Mises stress and contact pressure of 200 mm(7.875") rubber block with 165 and 216 mm(6.5" and 8.5") casing were analyzed by using ANSYS FEA software.The results showed that the key factors affecting the contact pressure were the radius and location of semi-O-ring seal,which were then optimized.This analysis could guide future rubber block design for rubber packer. |
