Abstract: |
The structure and properties of hindered phenol AO-60/NBR/brominated phenolic resin(BPF) composites were investigated. The results showed that,BPF could improve the compatibility between AO-60 and NBR,and AO-60 was uniformly dispersed in the NBR/BPF matrix with the size of 0.2~0.5 μm.The glass transition temperature of AO-60/NBR/BPF composites increased greatly as the contents of AO-60 increased, which was due to strong intermolecular interaction between AO-60 and the matrix.AO-60/NBR/BPF composites possessed big loss factor, broad transition temperature range and excellent physical properties. |
