| Abstract: |
| The clay/SBR/BIIR nanocomposites were prepared using BIIR and clay/SBR compound，and the structure and properties were studied.The results showed that，the sea-island morpho-logy was formed by BIIR continuous phase and SBR dispersed phase due to the poor compatibility between BIIR and SBR.Most of the clay was still dispersed in SBR phase.
Due to the excellent gas barrier effect of nano-dispersed clay and the sea-island structure,the nanocomposites with good gas barrier property was obtained with proper blend ratio of BIIR and clay/SBR. |
