Abstract:
      The BR/carbon black/organomontmorillonite(OMMT) nano-composite was prepared by solution intercalating and two-roll mixing methods，and its micro-structure and properties were investigated.The results showed that the BR/carbon black/OMMT composite was an intercalated nano-composite.By using OMMT to replace the equal amount of carbon black，the Mooney viscosity was decreased，the processability and the vulcanization rate were improved；in addition，the tensile strength，tear strength and elongation at break were significantly increased when the addition level of OMMT was within 4 phr.
