Abstract:
      The silica/carbon black/solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber(SSBR) and sili-ca/carbon black/emulsion-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber(ESBR) composites were prepared by high temperature blending method,and the structures and properties of the composites were in-vestigated.The results showed that the physical properties of silica/carbon black/SSBR and silica/carbon black/ESBR composites presented the characteristics of additive effects,dynamic properties were improved,and the surface resistivity and volume resistivity were increased as the addition level of silica increased while the total filler amount was kept constant;the difference of physical properties between silica/carbon black/SSBR and silica/carbon black/ESBR composites was small,but the dynamic properties of the former was better;the anti-static properties of the two composites were improved,but the physical properties were decreased by adding conductive carbon black;when the blending ratio of silica/carbon black was 35/35 and the addition level of conductive carbon black was less than 5 phr,the silica/carbon black/SSBR composite possessed better comprehensive properties.
