A new image processing method was proposed to deal with tire pattern pitch for the tilted tread patterns characteristic and the corresponding mathematical model was established based on the sound generating mechanisms,which could provide the time domain and the frequency domain analysis of pattern noise.The global parameters of pitch proportion,pitch order and pitch shift were optimized by use of the improved immunity genetic algorithm,which could offer a practical and advanced method to the design and evaluation of tire pattern with low noise. |
