Abstract:
      Based on compound motion caused by power consumption and rotor configuration in mixer,the typical rotor section were divided into three intervals,the rheological analysis of transient area of the rotor wing was conducted,and mathematical model for geometrical parameter A of rotor which had intact section shape was established.The test results showed that there was a certain error of A between theoretical value and test result.Amended mathematical model of relationship between geometrical parameters of mixer rotor and power consumption was derived by introducing correction factor λ and second-order curve fitting for λ.The amended mathematical model can be used to optimize mixer rotor configuration and reduce power consumption.
