A simplified viscosity-time model was established based on shear rheology in mixing process.The dependence of compound viscosity on parameters of structure and process could be described by this model.Using fourth order curve in Matlab software,numerical fitting method was applied to the experimental data in different rotor speeds of mixer,to give the temperature change ratio with time.The viscosity-time fitting curve of compound in mixing process was obtained,and then improved via experiments.Finally the viscosity-time model in mixing process was established.The model could be used to predict compound viscosity in mixing process. |
