Abstract: |
A simulation analysis model of 185/70R14 tire in static and steady-state rolling was established with large-scale general-purpose FEA software, and the force distribution, footprint shape and overall diameter in different states were investigated. The results showed that the relative error of the radius at different speeds between the calculated and measured values was smaller than 2%;as the speed increased, the footprint shape was more similar to butterfly, the shoulder pressure and strain energy density, stress and strain of belt reinforcement material in shoulder and rubber material of belt ends increased. |
