Abstract: |
The effects of the addition level, particle size and modification technology of silver-coated glass bead and the curing degree of electrically conductive silicone rubber on the electrical conductivity of silver-coated glass bead/silicone rubber composite were investigated. The results showed that the electrical conductivity of the composite was improved as the particle size of silver-coated glass bead increased;the electrical conductivity and its stability of composite prepared with wet pretreatment or in-situ modification-dispersion were better than those of composite prepared with direct dry-mixing;the electrical conductivity of composite was improved as the curing degree of electrically conductive silicone rubber increased;the Payne effect was highly related to the volume resistivity of electrically conductive silicone rubber. |
