Abstract: |
The effects of conventional vulcanization(CV) system and efficient vulcanization(EV) system on the properties of conductive carbon black filled NBR compound were investigated. The results showed that, when the addition level of conductive carbon black was the same, the dispersity of conductive carbon black in CV system compound was better than that of EV system compound;Shore A hardness, tensile strength, tear strength and volume resistivity of CV system compound were lower than those of EV system compound and its electromagnetic shielding effectiveness was higher than that of EV system compound. |
