Abstract: |
The surface of silica was modified by polydimethyl diallylammonium chloride, and the modified silica/NR nanocomposite was prepared, and its microstructure and physical properties were investigated. The results showed that modified silica was uniformly dispersed in nature rubber latex;it was found by SEM that there was sea-island structure without clear phase boundary in silica/NR nanocomposite;compared with NR compound, the physical properties of modified silica/NR nanocomposite increased significantly;as the addition level of modified silica increased, the physical properties of modified silica/NR nanocomposite increased first and then decreased;when the addition level of modified silica was 5.3 phr,the composite possessed better comprehensive physical properties. |
