| The mixing behavior of shearing-meshing rotor in internal mixer was introduced，and compared to that of 4-wing synchronous rotor and conventional meshing rotor at different filling factor，rotor speed，ram force and cooling water temperature.The results showed that，the mixer had an optimal filling factor；the shearing-meshing rotor had better mixing efficiency at same rotor speed(≤150 r·min-1) and ram force，and gave the compound better dispersibility of carbon black at same cooling water temperature. |
