| Polyaniline（PANI） doped with HCl and dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid were synthesized by solution polymerization and emulsion polymerization respectively，and the vulcanization characteristics，conductivity and physical properties of PANI/NBR composite were investigated.The results showed that the MH of the composite increased，t10 and t90 increased at first and then decreased as the addition level of PANI increased；the conductivity of the composite were influenced only a little by PANI；with the increase of the addition level of PANI，the tensile strength，Shore A hardness and modulus at 100% elongation of the composite increased significantly，and the elongation at break increased at first，reached the maximum value as the addition level of PANI was 30 phr，and then decreased. |
