Abstract:
      The effects of Al2O3 thermal conductive network structure and MVQ crosslinking network structure on the thermal conductivity and physical properties of Al2O3/MVQ thermal conductive composite prepared by melt blending were investigated.The results showed that the thermal conductivity of composite was raised most obviously with increasing Al2O3 loading level during the evolution course from local filler-network structure to full-scale one;MVQ crosslinking density had little influence on the thermal conductivity,but when MVQ crosslinking density was very low,the thermal conductivity would be decreased slightly.
