Abstract:
      The carbon black network in filled rubber vulcanizate was investigated and analyzed by using transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and alternating current(AC) impedance spectrum method.The results showed that after rubber vulcanizate suffered cyclic loading,the crystal structure of carbon black changed little,but the dispersion of carbon black aggregates changed significantly,and carbon black aggregates tended to form agglomerates in the fatigued rubber vulcanizate;the characteristic frequency of vulcanizates decreased markedly from 34.9 kHz to 2.7 kHz after 10,000 cycles of loading.
