Abstract:
      A piezoelectric ceramics/NBR composite was prepared,and its piezoelectric and acoustic properties were investigated.The results showed that,the piezoelectric constant(d33) of the composite increased with the increase of piezoelectric ceramics content.The d33 was up to 3.1×10-11C·N-1 when the addition level of piezoelectric ceramics was 5 210 phr.The d33 of the composite increased with polarizing time,and increased at the beginning and then decreased with the increase of polarizing temperature.The optimal polarizing time was 25 min and the optimal temperature was 80 ℃.The study on the acoustic property indicated that acoustic absorption coefficient of the composite increased as the piezoelectric constant increasing at the frequency range of 2~3 kHz.Moreover,addition of the carbon fiber(CF) could enhance the acoustic absorption coefficient due to the formation of a conductive network of CF.
