| Finite element analysis（FEA） on the mechanical property of new type of green tire with PU tread and rubber carcass was carried out by using MSC.Marc 3D nonlinear software .According to the FEA results，PU elastomer material and tire structure were optimized.The experimental results showed that stress distribution in the tread binding layer and durability of the tire were improved. |
