Abstract: |
Dysprosium-modified carbon black filled powdered NR[P(NR/HAF-Dy)] was prepared by liquid phase chemical deposition and coacervation coprecipitation, and its capillary extrusion rheological properties and Garvey die extrudability were investigated, compared with traditional carbon black filled powdered NR[P(NR/HAF)] and NR/carbon black blends(NR/HAF) prepared through dry mixing. The results showed that in wide range of temperatures(90~150 ℃) and shear rates(20~1 500 s-1),the order of the apparent shearing viscosity for 3 different mixes was as follows:P(NR/HAF-Dy)<P(NR/HAF)<NR/HAF.P(NR/HAF-Dy) possesses very low apparent shearing viscosity and stable non-Newtonian fluid flowing properties. The order of the Garvey die extrudability for 3 different mixes was as follows:P(NR/HAF-Dy)>P(NR/HAF)>NR/HAF. |
