Abstract: |
The calculation principle for vulcanization process and method for determining the activation energy were briefly introduced.Rubber processing analyzer RPA2000 and moving die rheometer GT-M2000 were used to measure the optimum cure time and then obtain the activation energy of rubber.The experimental results showed that there was big difference using different instruments.FE method was used to simulate the radial tire curing process,the results showed that the influence of the activation energy on cure degree of tire was great. |
