Abstract: |
A FE model of 12.00R20 TBR tire was established with ABAQUS non-linear FEA software,and the fundamental characteristics of cord force under rated inflation pressure and different load conditions were analyzed.The results showed that the distribution of cord force in the contact zone was affected significantly by load conditions,and the margin of the contact zone was where the cord force distribution of belt and carcass changed;and the carcass force decreased a little when the load increased,so it was propitious to decrease the strain at the end of carcass. |
