Abstract: |
The influence of in-situ modification of silica with coupling agent Si69 on the properties of solution SBR was investigated. The results showed that in-situ modification of silica with coupling agent Si69 could decrease Mooney viscosity and Payne effect of SSBR compound, and improve its processing properties;the dispersion degree and uniformity of silica in SSBR vulcanizate were improved;Shore A hardness of the vulcanizate was decreased and stress at 300% elongation increased.RPA analysis indicated that in-situ modification of silica with coupling agent Si69 could decrease tanδ of SSBR compound at the condition of 60 ℃,multiple strains and large strains and wide range of frequency.DTMA results showed that in-situ modification of silica with coupling agent Si69 could increase tanδ of SSBR vulcanizate at 0 ℃,and thus increase the wet skid resistance of the composites. |
