| Abstract: |
| The influence of filler type，filler level，the initial mixing temperature，mixing time and rotor speed on the properties of TPU/EVA blend was investigated by using a torque rheometer.It was shown that，compared to TPU/EVA blend filled with carbon black，TPU/EVA blend filled with silica possessed better mixing effect and higher tensile properties，and the optimal silica level was 30 phr；the optimized mixing conditions of TPU/EVA blend were as follows：initial mixing temperature at 160 ℃，mixing time of 10～15 min，and rotor speed at 45 r·min-1. |
