Abstract: |
The effect of mixer synchronous rotor shape on the dispersibility of nano-fillers and physical properties of NR vulcanizate was investigated.The results showed that the compound mixed with the 6 wings synchronous rotor offered better dispersibility of nano-fillers and comprehensive physical properties of NR vulcanizate when compared to that with the 2 wings synchronous rotor;the 2 wings functional synchronous rotor possessed better mixing effectiveness when compared to the new type 2 wings synchronous rotor and the 2 wings pin synchronous rotor under the same mixing conditions. |
