| The tear strength of PU was prepared by analyzing the interactive correlation among physical properties of PU with principle component regression and compared to the measured value.The results showed that the tear strength and other physical properties of PU could be accurately predicted with principle component regression，which would be beneficial to optimize the formulation of PU compound. |
