| The process and the winding mass and profile control of tread winding device in OTR tire production are described.The winding gage is measured in real time with a measuring head controlled by cylinder，and the thickness and mass of green tire are calculated to control the total mass of wound tread；and the winding device is mainly controlled by upstream computer and PLC，and the winding speed is controlled by experience and mathematic model to meet the requirements of mass and profile of green tire.
