Abstract:
      A new reactive nano-calcium carbonate (hereafter referred to M-CaCO3)was prepared by modifying nano-calcium carbonate in its water suspension with a reactive modifier and a NR/M-CaCO 3composite was made.The structures and morphologies of modified and unmodified nano-calciumcarbonates were analyzed,and the structure and properties of NR/M-CaCO3were investigated.The results showed that the permeability of M-CaCO3decreased by modification and its dispersion in n-hexaneimproved significantly and NR/MCaCO 3composite possessed good interfacial compatibility and thermolysis resistance,higher cross-link density,excellent comprehensive physical properties and aging properties,and the optimum addition level of M-CaCO3was 8 phr.
