| The influences of the type of NBR，the blending ratio of TPU/NBR，the polymerization degree of PVC，and addition levels of DOP and DCP on the properties of PVC/TPU/NBR blends were investigated.The results showed that the PVC/TPU/NBR-3604 blend possessed better physical properties；the elongation at break and tensile set at break of PVC/TPU/NBR-3604 blend increased as the polymerization degree of PVC went up；the Shore A hardness，tensile strength，tear strength and tensile set at break decreased，but the elongation at break of the blend increased as the addition level of DOP increased；and the tensile strength and elongation at break of the blend changed little，but the tear strength decreased as the addition level of DCP increased.It was showed by the SEM photos of different PVC/TPU/SR blends that NBR was more compatible with PVC and TPU. |
