| A characteristic index system for automatically judging the dispersity of carbon black in rubber mix was built-up and a processing method of image was established.Nine indexes reflecting the dispersion and distribution of carbon black were included in the above characteristic index system.The streaked cut mark in the grey image had to be eliminated during image process，the threshold was taken by local threshold method in the black/white dualization of grey image，and the characteristic value of image was calculated by the modified fill-up algorithm.It was found from the statistical characteristicvalues of image that the characteristic index system of carbon black dispersity and the processing method of image were only suitable for cut-sample of rubber mix. |
